All the components of a ploughman’s pub lunch come combined in one
cheese - creamy Welsh cheddar flavored with spicy pickles and
Boddingtons Bitter Ale. Traditionally, a ploughman's consists of cheese,
bread, chutney, and a pint of ale. Boddingtons comes from the same dairy
that has brought us spectacular pub cheeses such as Red Dragon and
Harlech. The base of this cheese is a smooth medium-strong cheddar. A
good melting cheese, try it on baked potatoes, grilled cheese
sandwiches, or with fresh crusty bread, watercress and a pint of the
“cream of Manchester”, Boddingtons golden ale.
