Next, White Stilton with Apricot is a tangy example of England's love of flavored cheeses. It starts out the same as the classic English blue, but it is not aged and not injected with Penicillum. Before ripening, it is flavored with generous chunks of apricot. Finally, Huntsman allows you to try two cheeses in one. It layers mellow Double Gloucester with powerful Mature Blue Stilton.
