Camembert:
A soft-ripened white mold cheese from France, Camembert, like Brie, is
soft and creamy with an edible crust. A wheel of Camembert, however, is only 8
ounces and comes in its own wooden box.

Laughing Cow:
This creamy soft processed cheese, affectionately called "laughing cow",
enriches any sandwich for breakfast, lunch or supper, and is especially

Cantal:
Named after the Cantal Mountains in Auvergne this cheese has been dear
to the French throughout history. In medieval times it was
the courtly custom to send a gift of cheese to impress or to people one
admired. Made from pasteurized cow’s milk.

Banon:
A mountain cheese from North Provence comes in a mini wheel wrapped in
chestnut leaves. Predominantly a goat's milk cheese, Banon also has small
amounts of cow's and sheep's milk blended into its recipe. Mature for 2 weeks

Bleu d'Auvergne:
Bleu d'Auvergne is made from Sheep's Milk and contains the famed
veins of blueish bacteria that give the cheese its signature flavor. France's
second most popular blue after Roquefort.

Morbier:
Morbier is made using raw cow's milk and has a complex, bold flavor. Its
yellow-ivory interior has a smooth texture, wrapped inside a creamy-brown crust.
This cheese pairs well with French Saucisson or is great on a sandwich.

Munster
Munster has been in existence since the Middle Ages and was
originally made in monasteries by Benedictine monks, who settled in the Vosges
mountains. The name Munster comes from the town of that name which is itself a

Packed in its own little wooden box and aged for 45 days,
Pont L'Eveque is a cheese the French are very proud to call their own. It is
well known for its delicate bouquet, which is said to be reminiscent of the
Norman countryside.

Roquefort:
Roquefort cheese is one of the worlds oldest and most respected
cheeses. Solid and at the same time slightly crumbly. The texture is buttery
with blue veins of mold extending to the edges.
