This cheese board selection brings together three Greek classic farmhouse
cheeses. Kefalotyri, an unpasteurized sheep’s milk cheese that is firm and
dry offering a slightly sharp finish to an already distinct sheep’s milk
flavor. The second most popular Greek cheese (after feta, of course!) is
Graviera, made from a blend of pasteurized sheep's and goat's milk. No
Greek selection would be complete without feta. Our barrel-aged feta is
produced in December through April from a blend of all natural sheep and
goat's milk taken from free-ranging herds. These cheeses are featured atop
a handmade cheese board with a two handled knife. A great gift for anyone
who enjoys the distinct flavors of these timeless cheeses.
