Cranberry Chevre with Cinnamon: Creamy and rich, as a goat cheese
should be, Cranberry Chevre is firm enough to slice but creamy enough to
spread. Sweetened by cranberries and cinnamon, spread it on a bagel or
toast.
VODCheese Currant: Imported from Sweden, this product combines two
of Sweden’s most successful tastes - Absolut Vodka Kurant and aged
Prästost. The combination of the slightly sharp cheese and the berry-sweet
vodka is charming and addictive.
White Stilton with Lemon: The expert cheesemakers at Long Clawson
have added exactly the right amount of lemon to their White Stilton such
that the cheese is not overly sweet. It almost tastes like cheesecake
without the crust!
