Parmesan Cheese
The whole production should come from the provinces of
Modena, Parma and Reggio Emilia and partially Bologna and Mantova.
It is in fact due also to the geographical position of the production zone
that the Parmigiano Reggiano is a cheese absolutely unique and impossible to
imitate. Parmigiano Reggiano |

Seafood
Some of the world's most exquisite dishes rely on foods
that come from the sea, including shrimps, the anchovies in authentic Caesar
salad, and the smoked salmon you put on your bagel for your weekend morning
indulgence. Seafood |

Feta

a blend of all natural sheep and goat's milk taken from free-ranging herds.
